Winnie
Winnie is a 1.5 year old pure-bred female GSD. She came spayed and up to date with all of her shots from the shelter. She’s incredibly friendly with people, other dogs, animals of all sizes, and kids. She’s fully potty trained and knows her basic commands. Winnie tends to be wary of new men, but warms up quickly with the right care. She loves snuggling on the couch, car rides with the windows down, and spending 24/7 with her people. She suffers from some separation anxiety, so she’ll need lots of patience and gentle guidance. She is NOT destructive of furniture or any other items, she finds it hard to relax if separated from her person. Winnie has made good progress and we’re often able to leave her alone and with free range of the home while we’re away at work for 6-8 hours with the aid of anxiety medication. Winnie belongs in a home that can give her the right amount of time and attention to help her overcome and learn to cope with her distress.
